Kevin Schott (*1991) is a contemporary oil painter living and working in Ruhr Area, Germany. Schott mostly likes to work in series. His paintings show snapshots of life, emotions of freedom as well as those of sadness or mystery can be found in them. His quick painting style lends the works something free and at the same time refreshingly rough. Driven by a constant desire to expand his artistic vocabulary, Schott continually explores new modes of expression. His recent works experiment with negative space, graphic elements and distortion, pushing the boundaries between figuration and abstraction. Schott is represented by Artnow Gallery Berlin and works as a judge for the „artit“ network. His works has been shown in various European Citys such as Paris, Lisbon, London and Berlin.
